Garlic  

We are a small farm in North Central WV located in Pentress.   We are in transition from growing with traditional farm methods to natural, organic methods. 

Our main crop is GARLIC growing over 18 varieties that we sell as loose bulbs, braids, wands and garlic powder. 

The Hard Neck varieties we grow are Organic Japanese, Russian Giant, Organic Keeper, Chesnock Red, Music Pink, Red Janice, Organic Purple Glazer and German White.  

Our Soft Neck varieties are Kettle River Giant, Polish Soft Neck, California Soft Neck, Early Italian Red, Red Toch, Siskiyou Purple, Chilean Silver, Applegate Giant, Transylvanian, New York White plus Elephant Garlic. 

We truly enjoy growing garlic plus we also offer fresh herbs, cut flowers, ornamental garden plants such as Caladiums and Mums plus various veggies that we offer at our market table.   In 2011 we will be attending two local markets, Saturday at the Morgantown Farmers' Mkt. Assn and Thursday with the South Morgantown Community Market on Grafton Rd. (Rt. 119S) in Morgantown.
